You wake up one day, you have lost your voice…
NOW WHAT?
What’s the Story?
What began as a seemingly common cold and bout of laryngitis became a life-changing ordeal for Millian. As a prominent voiceover artist, the loss of his voice forced him into a painful cycle of pushing through discomfort to sustain his career—ultimately causing further damage.
After nearly two years of intensive vocal therapy and rehabilitation for a condition known as Muscle Tension Dysphonia, Millian began to regain his voice, though he continues to navigate the lasting impact of the condition.
Now, Millian has transformed his experience into a powerful mission: coaching professionals who depend on their voices—speakers, teachers, podcasters, and voiceover artists—on how to properly care for and maintain their vocal health. His goal is to ensure others avoid the mistakes that led to his challenges and safeguard their voices for the long term.

Who is this for?
Professional Speakers & Presenters
Your voice is your product. You must protect it at all costs. Without your unique way of presenting information, you and the world lose out on value. Protect your voice, your message and your identity
Teachers, Professors and Educators
Lecturing and teaching are both tiring and intensive. Long sessions of speaking will eventually wear down the voice and cause discomfort. Whether it’s classes full of loud students to speak over, or long college lectures, you must learn the techniques needed to pace yourself and maintain yourself
Podcasters, Webcasters, Vloggers, Youtubers
With the explosion of influencers and social media, a lucrative business opportunity has opened up. You work hard to keep your content evergreen, and keep likes, downloads, comments and views rolling in. Don’t do all that work and end up risking your voice by not caring for it. Podcaster speak for long periods, and must also factor in microphone delivery and technique.
Singers, Musicians and Performers
You are already a professional, and are already trained in many vocal techniques. However, we often fall into ruts and subsequently, into bad habits. Bad habits turn into muscle memory, which can eventually cause more problems than expected. A neutral, third-party to monitor your voice and habits, can go a long way. Even the best get better, and every elite athlete always has a coach.
Trainers & Facilitators
Providing training in your area of employment in large rooms, conference areas and even over Zoom, can all fatigue the voice and make you less effective at delivering your message and sharing information. Proper breath and voice placement as well as pronunciations and positions can make a world of difference in your effectiveness.
Lawyers & Legal Professionals
The legal profession relies on voice having authority and confidence. Many times you are in court sessions, meetings, arbitrations, on phone calls and holding meetings. The voice must always stay strong, healthy and confident, to be your absolute best
Phone Workers and Call Professionals
Despite not being in person, the voice carries many unseen messages. Assure you are the most effective on your calls, and that your voice holds up after long hours of talking. If you lose your voice, your work comes to a halt. Don’t lose what you have built.
Pastors, Ministers and Preachers
When the Spirit kicks up, the voice just comes out. Do you part to keep the strength, power and authority of your voice in tip-top shape at all times. When the moment hits, you will be always ready!!
...anyone who needs a voice for their livelihood
The human voice is a major part of your identity, and you are always judged based on how you sound, the words you use, the tone and resonance that you project. You don’t need to be a performer, a singer or have any musical ability. You just need the desire to care for, maintain and cherish the sound of who and what you are.

I found our session very helpful. You’ve definitely given me some new tools to help ensure my voice is properly taken care of and comes across the way I want to project it. These were things I never would have considered. You were a delight to work with. Our session was very thorough as you explained everything well.

I met with Millian and it was an incredible visit. I have been having issues with straining my voice on stage. After Millian did a thorough assessment, he provided education that immediately helped me see where my issues are. I cannot believe how thorough the session was along with his invaluable expertise. Anyone who speaks for a living needs to seem him!!! You do NOT want to be the speaker or podcaster who loses your voice !!
